Took on a new property, there is a debt of £300 on the meter, have called them 4 times, took an average of 3 hours each time to speak to a person and its still not sorted. I put £20.00 on the meter and got to keep £6.00. The number they gave me (on 2 separate occasions) to re-set the card was a digit short. Try to call them again yesterday and I gave up after 3.5 hours. As such I am unable to move in.
