I have beed a Scottish Power customer since 2018. I requested a smart meter as soon as I became a customer. I have mede multiple subsequent requests. I have had zero response. There appears to be no way to communicate effectively with Scottish Power.
Why can't Scottish Power provide me with a smart meter? Why can't Scorttish Power provide me with a response.
