The worst company I have ever dealt with they lie and shouid not be allowed to trade Ofgem are of no use or this company and the CEO should be struck off trading
Customer service does not exist in this they do not reply and if you manage to speak to a person they just lie and don't help. Just look at the rating for it on various media forums the ineptitude of this company is staggering Emails will not be replied to
