I have paid every bill on time, which I have repeatedly proven. Yet still they persist in threatening my 88 yr old mum who has advanced dementia with debt recovery, forcible keymeter installation, placing on punitive tariffs.
They promise to desist but every week I find her shivering in her chair, afraid to turn on heating. I have spent hours on the phone, heard hollow promises and apologies yet still it goes on. I will have to find a company less relaxed about tormenting the vulnerable before they kill her off!
