I have cancelled my account gave them the last meter readings and they sent me a goodbye letter.
2weeks later still with them and they connect me to south africa to apparently someone called kassidy most false name I've heard for a contact centre. refused to give me her employee number and last name for solicitors rather than helping keep on about my balance, I asked for ceo and supervisor and got ignore again. Sick of robots if you can't act like a human don't be one.
