Useless customer services they said they sorted my monthly payments out they didn't I had to ring 6 times to sort it out they are the worst company ever
They are rude I wished I never left British gas at least they were understanding and knew what issue's I had solved them Do not recommend this company scottish power going to change as soon as I get clear with them I had to repeat my postcode 6 times before they understood god help others keep away from this company
