I really have a problem with the Scottish Powers Direct Debit controls. They provide no control for the consumer, just for the company to hold more of your money.
SP are holding over £1,600 of my money 'in credit' and my monthly payments are £211.
But try and reduce the monthly payment by £30 per month and they ask for a one of payment of over £350 ie 12 x the monthly reduction I would like to make.
Its dishonest and disgraceful.
Please think very carefully about signing up with Scottish Power.
