If I could leave a zero I would. Absolutely appalling provider. Have complained to the ombudsman for the awful service.
The call centre staff lie and all tell you different information. If you ask them to provide you with any extra information to confirm the points they are lying about they claim to not have access and you will just need to speak to the complaints team who will take up to 7 days to contact you.
