The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get this company to issue me with bills for actual meter readings, I have supplied them with photos of the meters showing the reading. They refuse to use accept these readings ,despite the new occupiers moving in giving them the same numbers on the meter readings! They have issued me with estimated final bills which are way over the actual usage. Their chatbot service won't take my readings, their online service won't take my readings, their customer service dept won't accept them either and have escalated my account to a debt recovery service. I have emailed, written and spoken to them for 2 months and clearly stated that I WANT TO PAY WHAT I OWE IN FULL, but they refuse to reissue bills with the actual readings! Next step for me is to copy in my MP and the ombudsman. The stress of willingly trying to pay what I owe has seriously affected my mental health.
