Absolutely the worst experience. Minus 4c tonight. Been asking for help since 13.00 because the card meter failed. It is now 21.00 and no engineer has arrived to fix said faulty meter. Lines are closed. Cant cook, cant wash, cant keep warm. App doesn't work, chat doesn't work. Nobody to call. Email links fail and send you in circles. I've rang them 3 times throughout the day because nobody came out within the time slotted. 'We can only apologise'....Scottish Power 👌given up for the evening because that's all I can do.
