Well. My situation was not Scottish Powers fault but every person has done their best to help solve the problem caused by my tenant. We are not there yet but one person said they’d ring me back… and did. And spent 90 ‘mins on the phone trying to help me. They do their best in difficult circumstances and I’ve never waited long to get through compared to other electric companies.
