Should be minus 5 Stars rating.
Four years on from being forced to have smart meters they still do not work despite numerous calls visits,would not refund £1200 of my over payments for 12 months,
To many issues to list, it just goes from very bad to absolutly unbelievable
Worst non existent customer service ever experienced in my 70 years on this earth
