Completely incompetent organisation. Dealing with a bereavement, they managed to mis account a £400 credit balance to a debit figure, and I am now 3 months into trying to rectify. Complaints raised each time a monthly bill comes on - stupidly lengthy process to talk to an agent - promises to callback to discuss complaint not fulfilled. Absolutely disgusted with this company.
