Each time I try to log in with my password it doesn't recognise it and I have to start all over and put a new one in. It's getting beyond a joke
I have tried to ring and it is a long delay to get through as I am writing this. I am trying to put a simple reading of my gas and electric.
I certainly will not be staying with Scottish Power when the term ends.
