I've had Scottish power boiler care cover for around 3 years but will be cancelling next month as it is just too much hassle trying to book an engineer for a service.
The company they use simply do not answer the phone and when I did finally get through and book a service date the engineer turned up on the wrong day when there was no one home.
I then had to go through the whole tedious process again to book again.
Do not sign up with these cowboys they are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with
