Executive Support Team taking over a month to respond following email to CEO.
Then advising my instant reply seeking further answers and clarification, using email the sent to me, had not been received. Then confirmed case closed. Despite more emails being sent internally nothing heard. Have now written to both CEO and CHAIRMAN seeking urgent response, but still no action. They either just don't care or are in deep trouble. Posting a 1 star is being extremely generous.
