What a shambles
We are new customers with dual fuel and have had the misfortune of ringing customer services at least 3 times ( not a good experience ). This is all to set up a direct debit which somehow seems very hard to do. Once again the money hasn't been taken from our account, we have never had any trouble setting up a direct debit ever before !. They don't really care and just read from a crib sheet. We will not renew at the end of our year.
