The worst company ever
The worst company ever. Can never speak to a person and sit in endless amount of ques whilst trying to call them.
Whatever you do make sure it’s not joint ScottishPower. Horrendous customer service and the web chat they offer is non existent as nobody answers that either.
Even better than this they offer to call you back free of charge to save sitting in the que but when they do finally call you back guess what your put back in a que
