Hopeless on line service . Registered for direct debit but it was ignored and bills sent by e mail ,tried to pay by BACS and recorded as successful but money did not leave my account and bill still recorded as a debt .
Tried telephone contact but gave up after 30 minutes of being told how important my call was .
How on earth does regulator allow this outfit to continue
