Unfortunately, 0 star is not an option here.
I have been with them just for a few months and apparently, I already owe them £90 considering I also had monthly direct debit payments.
So I decided to switch to another provider. I also spoke in a chat with a customer service advisor and asked them to review my bill. They offered me 20% off the bill as a kind gesture, but I did not agree and said that I wanted them to check my readings.
After that, they said they will review my final bill and make a new one. They also said I will receive an email with the new final bill.
Since then I never heard from them except for today, when I was charged £90. No final bill review, no email, no notification that they will charge me £90.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!!
