Con Artist-Power is the right Name, nobody every answers, you speak with someone and it's literally like talking to a brick wall, would avoid and go anywhere else but Scottish power. Been ongoing for months back and forth with them and now passed the bill to a debt collection agency when I was £60 in credit (Baffled) .
