My god never dealt with a company like this before.
Constant emails and letters wanting Meter readings that we have given a week beforehand, even had meter reading man round too. Been in flat 3 months and have supplied readings and paid bills on time. How much more communication does they want. Every 7 days they’re in contact and it drives us mad
