they ganged my customer after supplying me with false information, and personally I am leaving them A.S.A.P
they at time switching, not only got my meter serial numbers wrong, which I had 3 months arguement to get it sorted, they told me I would get smart meter within 6 months, year later still not got it. personally as one of the big 6 I WOULD NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYBODY. IF I DID, IT WOULD BE STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS EVEN THEIR SITE IS SLOW
