avoid avoid avoid the most disgusting and awful company
the customer service is rude and unprofessional, this company is not honest at all. i have been overcharged for last few months and the scottish powre has never take the meter reading from me so they just been overcharged for no reason. as i was talking to customer service who name himself (Brian) and asked him to connect me to the manager then the same person started to talk as manager. do not take any contract or deal with this company (scottish power).
