I've been waiting over 1 year for smart meters. I've created several complaints and been told lie after lie. Almost got to the end and twice had my instalment appointment cancelled. Now being told I have to wait another 2 months before they even call me to make an appointment. Ridiculous company. Please, please, please, stay away. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.
