They are horrendous I had a faulty electric meter was told they would be out in 4 hours electric went off af 7pm and the engineer did not turn up rang at 8am when they opened and was told them did not submit the request to the engineer
And would be another 4 hours and did not turn up then either.
They dont care I have 3 small children how can they treat people like this .
