Do not go anywhere near this company who are worst for cutomer service and good at demanding payment. I opted for a dual fuel tariff but am waiting for it to be setup since 20 Sept 19. Customer service agents promise to fix the issue every time (more 8 times) I call but nothing happens.
I decided to complain and asked for a reference number at the end of the call and the sharp Customer service agent gave me a fictitious (invalid) no. so that I could not use their complaints system that is uneccessarily complicated to put people off complaining.
I strongly recommend that every one stays off SP to avoid undue stress.
