Very , very bad costumer service, the smart meter is total rubbish. They took my money but I had to stay without gas because their sistem doesn’t work and didn’t process the money so on my money I stayed in the cold. After I called them , they said is my fault because I topped in the weekend!!! With other words I have to make a booking to top up my gas !!! Not to mention that the lady Ema was her name was extremely rude and didn’t answer my questions or pass me to the manager!! This is really unacceptable!! Is third time that this happened since I had the smart meter!! Very poor service!!
