What can I say about this company? 1 star is far too high.
This company have no customer service, they cannot produce an accurate bill, put new customers on the agreed tariff, take accurate direct debits, make call backs as promised, they have no complaints process, refuse to provide deadlock letters enabling the ombudsman to look into it- then claim they haven’t received a complaint (even when it’s in email to them.) I have a 2’year long complaint with them- Do not join this company and get away from the fast!
