This is the worst energy company I have EVER dealt with. I have recently switched to them from pre payment to direct debit. I have given them meter readings more than once and they still haven’t updated my energy reader. Electricity says No Data and I don’t trust the Gas reading at all. I am monitoring and taking photos. I have had at least 5 different people dealing with my complaint. There is no consistency and even after speaking to agents in the double figures after 11 days, the issue has not be resolved. I have been lied to a good fee times. They keep promising to sort it out, the whole customer service is a MESS. I’ve had enough.
