Left without power, waiting since Tuesday for a call back! They keep saying they are dealing with emergencies - clearly not. Vulnerable house hold. Told to go to the supermarket to charge my phone to wait for the call back. Great advice during a pandemic!!
Would have given no stars if I could. Absolutely discusting service. They close down the helpline and advise to use online chat. Online chat is shut down. The emergency number puts you through to another area who is unable to help.
