It's been six weeks now since I first rang about getting my refund. Every person I spoke to told me all different things. Now they are using the coronavirus as an excuse for not sorting it out...they have had long enough time to sort it out...way before this lock down and shortage of staff. If someone that worked there knew what they where doing it would have been sorted by now. God know when it's going to get sorted now.
