Absolute tossers the lot of them. Can't even begin to write the litany of broken promises lies and deadlines that have passed.
Months and months of constant phone calls and emails and meter readings to try to sort out a simple billing error.
Total and utter waste of time, like talking to a brick wall.
Enough is enough, have reported them to the Energy Ombudsman (waste of time) and have now switched my supplier today.
