Scottish Power billing system knows my correct meter readings yet I've been undercharged on direct debits. I have a huge amount outstanding now. They have the most Rubbish system. The online system knows my correct meter readings but I have to press the submit button and change the direct debit amount manually each month. Unbelievable !!!
Wake up Scottish Power. Start proving a better customer experience. We don't have time to be billing ourselves on your behalf.
