Did not complete switch over to them properly and left us with no gas or electricity for a wk, left me to arrange getting my power restored by myself.
Then sent me a bill for my gas I'd supposed to of used during this period, their customers service advisors are rude and are quiet happy to call customers liers when they have all the proof in front of them you sent them in the first place
