Terrible service. I've tried to change my tariff to direct debit and change to dual fuel since March. I've made around six calls to sort this out and each time they've messed it up. Sending me letters to pay. Even though I've set up the direct debits (finally) no payment was taken so another call today. Different payment amounts everytime. What the hell are they doing!
