Do not deal with complaints. Ongoing for 3 years. You get harassed by the company, by different departments. Who are unable to sort the issue out. The debt is for the tenants. And they have this information.
I have arranged a phone call back on numerous occasions, and they never ring back.
A joke of a company. Do not use.
Also, do not arrange new meters from this company. They send engineers who can not fit meters. On 3 different sites, it took more than 5 visits to get meters fitted.
