Cancelled our boiler cover without notice. Condemned our boiler on advice of their engineer leaving us high and dry without a boiler. British Gas turned up and fixed it in two minutes. A fuse not sitting right.
Terrible service from Scottish Power who surprisingly keep ringing me up to offer boiler cover. They stitched us up after taking nearly £20 each month out of our bank account. What audacity.
