I wish I could give no stars. In my ecperience this is far and beyond the worst power company ever. I have had issues from the moment I took over the account. And I have spent 2 and a half months just trying to get my account closed as I am now with annother provider. Scottish Power do not seem to be able to get this sorted. We also had a huge issue and it took 5 months and had to jump through alot of hoops just trying to get £27 back from a mistake they had made
Do yourself a favour and NEVER EVER sign up with Scottish Power
