I ordered a kilt on 09/22/21. I received a shipping label creation E-mail on 10/01/21. On 10/16/21 I had not received any updates and E-mailed a Scottish Kilt rep and explained to him/her that a rep with the USPS told me that they never received the package for delivery. On 10/24/21 a Scottish Kilt rep contacted me a said to file a complaint with USPS. Don’t feel that this is an issue that I should be pursing at this point. I believe this is solely on Scottish Kilt to make right at this point. There is absolutely no indication that the USPS ever received the product for delivery.
