“"The outfit did arrive in a timely manner and I was able to wear it for my wedding and it turned out great! The fit was a bit tight but I am also a larger guy. So my only critique would be if you allowed for larger sizes on the vest, shirt, etc that would be awesome! However we made it work, and the only real change I needed to make was adding more chain to the Sporran to get it to sit around my waist. But it turned out fantastic, and I looked pretty good out there if I say so myself! My only other critique now that I think of it is if you could create an instruction video/manual on how the whole attire works that would be very helpful! We were able to figure it out by watching some youtube videos though! You have definitely won me over, and I will certainly be acquiring more kilts from you in the future! I want to thank you for all the hard work, especially your weaving department for getting my tartan completed in time for my wedding!"”

“Please note that what you are trying to sell as Carruthers tartan, sadly is not. Further the sales pitch attached is definitely not historically accurate. “I sent an email to cancel the order immediately after placing it, but they said it was impossible because it had already been shipped. I then asked them to tell me the tracking number, but they said they didn't know the number because it was delayed. I'm not sure if the product will arrive. I want a refund.”

“The tartan is lovely, with nice colors and is as-expected. Unfortunately, despite carefully reading shipping information and giving ourselves a bit of wiggle room, this arrived after our wedding (the reason for ordering). If you aren't on a timeline the product itself seems lovely, but the shipping took longer than expected based on website information.”

“I placed my order in March. I have been watching and checking on the progress of the order every day. Friday April the 25th it finally claimed to be on its way. Then out of no where on the 26th the link that you can view the progress of the order claimed it was delivered on the 19th!!! I NEVER received my order. I've been trying for days to get this issue resolved and have had nothing but silence from the company. I've tried emailing, calling and contacting through Facebook with no responses in sight. I am beyond upset. I feel like y'all stole my money since you won't even get in contact with me about getting me my order or a refund. Upset. Upset. Upset. I purchased this fabric for a costume competition and I will probably have to forfeit now since you don't have the common decency to reply to any of my emails and give me an update on the order. Upset and Mad. I was going to place another order with you guys but since I can't be promised that'll I'll receive what I bought I will look elsewhere for those items needed ...”

“I cannot get one note out of this thing; paid >$100 for "rosewood flute" but BEWARE. They're just copying , very badly, taking our money. Do not buy anything from these people. It arrived, after more than a month, in three pieces in bubble wrap: No letter, no care recommendations for the "instrument".”

“Product was delayed in shipping even though I paid extra for, expedited shipping. Customer service was not helpful at any point. Never did receive all of my order, would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed with my experience.”
