I've been told that Scottish Kilt Shop sells Restricted tartans, specifically Black Watch tartan, to customers who are not entitled to those tartans. Can you, please, confirm or deny that "fact"?

We would like to clarify that Black Watch tartan is not a restricted tartan. It is a widely recognised, open tartan that can be worn and purchased by anyone without entitlement or affiliation. There are no restrictions on its general use or sale.
