“The tartan is lovely, with nice colors and is as-expected. Unfortunately, despite carefully reading shipping information and giving ourselves a bit of wiggle room, this arrived after our wedding (the reason for ordering). If you aren't on a timeline the product itself seems lovely, but the shipping took longer than expected based on website information.”

“You asked about a kilt I purchased? I didn't buy any kilt. I did however buy a sash & scarf. They were ok, but the material was a little heavy. Heavier than we expected.”

“It is cute! But you can’t adjust, because it has buttons instead of buckles. I paid the express shipping and took 20 days for them to ship. The material is good quality and cute. I wish it had the buckles like the original kilts. I bought a 2-3 kilts for my 3 (almost 4) and it is falling. I am going to have to put suspender. The baby version is exactly his size.”

“Ordered a 40” waist and it is oversized. I can leave the tabs fastened and still slide it on and off. Added holes to tabs to tighten but still loose. Just have to keep the kilt belt tight. Other than that, I am pleased with the quality.”

“The product review is 5 stars. Good quality for the price and fit perfectly. Customer service is a 1. The chat is available but the answers are so vague and informal that I started to believe I was being scammed. It felt more like a teenage chat than serious response to my questions. Overall happy with my kilts”

“Design of long skirt using my custom tartan materials were very nice. I was not happy with the machine stitched hem in yellow thread on red black tartan that looked unfinished and rough. I ended up folding over material and hand stitching a concealed hem.”

“I ordered a bow tie for my husband. Before I ordered, I specifically asked if it was self-tie or pretied. I was told all of your bow ties were self-tie. When it arrived, it was pretied. My husband won't wear it. Too much of a hassle to send it back. The only reason I gave you even 3 stars is because it was of good quality.”

“I had to call several times to receive at last (and on time) what I ordered. So, even if what I ordered was as I expected, I was a little bit frustrated about the delays.”

“The quality of the kilt was good for the price but the design was sub par. There is no adjustability in the waist and it lacks the traditional strap that holds the kilt from opening when you sit down. It feels like these were designed purely on aesthetics and functionality wasn't considered”

“I was excited to finally see my purchase! I like the fabric, though it is a little heavier than I thought. It was easy to order & they let me know that some tartans they were out of so I gave them new tartans to replace the ones they were out of. What didn't sit well with me though was that I was short 4 yards of material that I paid for. I should have had 32 yards of material but only received 28 yards. I don't like paying for 4 yards that I did not receive.”
