It is cute! But you can’t adjust, because it has buttons instead of buckles. I paid the express shipping and took 20 days for them to ship. The material is good quality and cute. I wish it had the buckles like the original kilts. I bought a 2-3 kilts for my 3 (almost 4) and it is falling. I am going to have to put suspender. The baby version is exactly his size.
