I ordered a bow tie for my husband. Before I ordered, I specifically asked if it was self-tie or pretied. I was told all of your bow ties were self-tie. When it arrived, it was pretied. My husband won't wear it. Too much of a hassle to send it back. The only reason I gave you even 3 stars is because it was of good quality.
