Please note that what you are trying to sell as Carruthers tartan, sadly is not. Further the sales pitch attached is definitely not historically accurate. We are, however willing to try to help you rectify this based on the complaints we have received from our members www,clancarrutherssociety.org

I sent an email to cancel the order immediately after placing it, but they said it was impossible because it had already been shipped. I then asked them to tell me the tracking number, but they said they didn't know the number because it was delayed. I'm not sure if the product will arrive. I want a refund.

All I can say about the poor quality, is look at the attached photo. I would never use this company for any of my highland dress needs. Quality control is nonexistent.

I placed my order in March. I have been watching and checking on the progress of the order every day. Friday April the 25th it finally claimed to be on its way. Then out of no where on the 26th the link that you can view the progress of the order claimed it was delivered on the 19th!!! I NEVER received my order. I've been trying for days to get this issue resolved and have had nothing but silence from the company. I've tried emailing, calling and contacting through Facebook with no responses in sight. I am beyond upset. I feel like y'all stole my money since you won't even get in contact with me about getting me my order or a refund. Upset. Upset. Upset. I purchased this fabric for a costume competition and I will probably have to forfeit now since you don't have the common decency to reply to any of my emails and give me an update on the order. Upset and Mad. I was going to place another order with you guys but since I can't be promised that'll I'll receive what I bought I will look elsewhere for those items needed ...

Beware this company is stealing images from other websites and copying products. What you see is not what you will receive.

I cannot get one note out of this thing; paid >$100 for "rosewood flute" but BEWARE. They're just copying , very badly, taking our money. Do not buy anything from these people. It arrived, after more than a month, in three pieces in bubble wrap: No letter, no care recommendations for the "instrument".

Product was delayed in shipping even though I paid extra for, expedited shipping. Customer service was not helpful at any point. Never did receive all of my order, would never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

I had a very bad experience. As soon as I placed my order (with expedited shipping and processing included) I was informed the tartan I ordered was not available. I was concerned as this was a Christmas gift. I never could get a clear answer if the fabric would be available on time (always asked for 2 days to get back with me). I asked for assistance in choosing other fabrics, and received no help with that. I cancelled the order and was then told the fabric was available and I would have to pay for it, no matter if I cancelled or not. I continued to ask for a refund and cancellation and they shipped it to me anyway. Worse yet, it had a bad industrial smell to the fabric once received and did not fit. I'm now stuck with an item I did not want and they are refusing a return. Terrible experience, I would never order from this company again.

Arrived not in correct colours,sent email and this is proof they don't care (sending me a review?) Yellow stripe would be best in the middle of a road! It's a hunting Stewart ,god knows what any animal one was hunting would see you coming a mile off.

Rigid on returns and will make you buy an item AGAIN if the size is wrong instead of exchanging - apparently choosing the tartan colour is considered “customisation” so purchase with caution.

We do encourage customers to double-check measurements before placing an order, as we make each item specifically for the individual. Choosing a tartan pattern is considered part of customization since each item is made-to-order. While we cannot offer exchanges for custom-made products, we do provide a 20% discount on a new kilt if it doesn’t fit properly despite matching the provided measurements.

The kilt arrived with a very strong smell of urine. I am still working to wash it it stinks in the entire room. The measurement video are for slim people, someone with a belly will experiments fold under it wich will make it a mini skirt. Costumer service have nothing to about urine is their chain and offered me to buy more of their product to go for trials and errors for the right measurements. The are rude and ghosted me after 2 mails. This rudeness, lack of hygiene and labels from Pakistan and India make me wonder is we are facing some sort of slave shop.

I ordered a custom kilt in early Apri. I paid fully in advance and had a 2 month delivery timeline. Midsummer the company admitted a delay and then promised to expedite my kilt to arrive July 31. As of today, August 6, no kilt and no delivery timeline. They have since stopped responding to my emails. No one answers the phone. The chat feature on the website is disabled. I have missed two events already for which the kilt was to be worn and am about to miss a third. This is the worst customer service I have ever expirenced.

j'ai commandé 2 kilts en 43inch, reçu 2 kilts en 45 inch régler au maximum. Impossible de faire un échange car le service ne veut rien entendre. SAV Inadmissible. Actuellement je ne recommande pas du tout....
