“I've been waiting more than 3 weeks for an order I paid expedited shipping on. Repeated attempts to resolve through customer service have not yielded any satisfactory resolutions. I still have none of my items, USPS says they're still awaiting the items (I've had a tracking number for 3 weeks, but it just continues to indicate they're awaiting the parcel...) and there's been no real effort on Scottish Kilt's part to figure out where my items are or refund my shipping or re-send my apparently lost items...”

“I ordered a Deluxe Hybrid Kilt for Women only after emailing the company to verify the the tartan Isle of Skye would come as it is registered via (https://www.tartanregister.gov.uk/qResults?searchString=Isle%20of%20skye). What I received was woefully wrong, as you can see in the attached image. When I tried to contact the company about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Avoid this company at all costs. You will regret it.”

“So far the best I can give is one star. I ordered, it was shipped, but never made it to my house from the USPS mail sorting center. They sent it back and I emailed them, and was told they'd check their other office, but I never received my order and haven't heard anything back from since. I was supposed to have my order before a trip to Scotland, so I ordered from somewhere else. I really wish I could give a better review, but without having even gotten my order, I don't even know what the order is like.”

“I ordered a kilt on 09/22/21. I received a shipping label creation E-mail on 10/01/21. On 10/16/21 I had not received any updates and E-mailed a Scottish Kilt rep and explained to him/her that a rep with the USPS told me that they never received the package for delivery. On 10/24/21 a Scottish Kilt rep contacted me a said to file a complaint with USPS. Don’t feel that this is an issue that I should be pursing at this point. I believe this is solely on Scottish Kilt to make right at this point. There is absolutely no indication that the USPS ever received the product for delivery.”

“what a filthy shop. I've been trying to get the goods number for customs from them for over 2 weeks and get all kinds of answers, including French or Dutch answers. If you want to order something from the juice shop from abroad, leave it, it will never reach you. Incompetent service and the dumbest staff I have ever encountered.”

“Complete rubbish. The ‘woollen tweed’ jackets were synthetic and poorly made. They did refund after I send a video of me setting them alight. Pretty easy to do with polymer and hear impossible with wool. Don’t waste your time. The only thing Scottish is the name. Made in Pakistan I think”

“I'm so glad you've sent me this opportunity to write a review. I'm am horribly dissatisfied with my order and have emailed multiple times and placed several phone calls to rectify my order to no avail. At first I was dissatisfied, now I'm angry. Customers DO NOT LIKE TO BE IGNORED!”

“Über 2,5 Monate Lieferzeit. Ich habe für Express Lieferung bezahlt. Auf die erste Anfrage was denn so lang dauert, hieß es der Kilt müsse noch zur Wäscherei die noch wegen Corona geschlossen sei und bei der 2. Anfrage hieß es der Tartan sei noch nicht gewebt. Ich kaufe nichts mehr hier.”
