the jacket is not made from tweed, it is a woolen fabric but not tweed! the tailoring is quite good. slightly poor fitting, the jacket bunches on one side. buttons are too big for the button holes. the only good thing about this jacket is the price compared to other retailers... but you get what you pay for!

Never received my order. Opened a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. Call the company three times, emailed three times. No answer to 6 attempts.

I ordered my kilt as well as got a shirt custom made month in advance for my birthday . I still haven’t received word on when I should receive my kilt. I will be going away and wanted to wear my kilt on my birthday... Now I will have to try and get something else to wear, spending more money. I’m truly saddened by this service and the changes I will have to make. I ordered this as a test buy to see if I wanted to order more and have others order from this company, knowing that a lot of my friends follow my fashion trends. I do not think I will order from this company again nor will I advise anyone to order from this company...

As the title states, I'm not sure if my purchase of a multicam kilt ever processed, or was shipped. It's been a few weeks. I was hoping to wear it during a battalion mandatory fun event. Maybe you all can look into where it's disappeared to?

very poor quality workmanship. the material was not tweed as advertised but some cheap synthetic felt. i had to video burning the jacket before i got a refund. went up like a bush fire - so glad i did not wear it near a fire!. the only plus is that they did refund.

Bad service, not responsive, over priced and didn't even arrive on time... in addition to being the wrong size. Will never use you again and will let all my friends know not to either! Thanks for nothing!

High quality kilt, but the method they have you measure for a utility kilt is way off base. They don't tell you that the utility kilts are non-adjustable. There are no straps or belts and one set of snaps. No adjustment at all. Oh, and all those 100% satisfaction guarantees aren't worth the screen space they take up. They do not honor this "guarantee". Be careful and second guess your order. It will be very high quality, but it may not fit correctly and you can't return it for exchange or rework.

Found their sute which was easy to navigate. I called in to custoner dupport and asked questions avout returns and orders and was assured that returns would not be an issue, when the fit did nit work out on my kilts suddebly tgeir answer changed to that these were a custom order and therefore non returnable. Filed a complaint wuth paypal after which they suddenly became responsive. When PayPal complaint was dropped they once more became non responsive. Ti this date 8 minths later bithing has been rectified. So hinestly this company is hrrid and one sgould be very careful in dealing with them as they completely lack any type of integrity.

I ordered two weeks before Christmas with an 8-10 day ship time guarantee. It's now January 10th and I still haven't got it. Filed a complaint with PayPal trying to get my money back.

So when I ordered online you sent out a video of how the kilt should be fitted so I called and called and called NO reply this was a gift I need proper sizing
