My event came and went and I have not received my kilt to this day. Yes, my card was charged. So, I am seeking a refund. I am sorry that it worked out this way.

I ordered the kilt with the measuring guidelines provided with 3 people measuring me. The kilt does not fit. The hips are 2 inches too small as well as the interior measurements of the waist are over an inch too small. Getting a response when I am asking for satisfaction, is nonexistent. I put a hold on my credit card which I will keep there until I am satisfied with their service. This is not a Scottish company which the website leads you to believe.

Ordered my kilt with expedited shipping over a month ago, still nothing! I had to buy one from Darn Near Kilt’em and I had it in two days. I will never do business with this company again.

The buttons on the kilt are hopeless. They are pop rivet type and so either fall apart or simply pull right through the kilt when you put it on. I can't even where it now so have got to send it to a tailor to have proper buttons sewn on. Real shame as rest of garment is fine. I don't understand why the makers spoiled the finished product with such a cheap and useless button. Shame.

Web site says “custom made orders take 2-3 weeks". 6 weeks gone by and still no sign of my kilt!

The bagpipes arrived and they were junk. I had to return them to the seller which ended up costing more than 60$. Do not buy bagpipes from this supplier.

Placed an order because I was told the kilt would be custom made. Waist of 32; hips at 40. I’m a girl. I got curves. I got something that was cut for the 32 waist but NOT the wider hips. Even with it being adjustable, can’t wear it. Very disappointed. I highly doubt this was “custom” in terms of sizing/measurement. Cut for a man despite being called a “women’s” kilt. With $20 to ship and then ship back it’s an expensive return.

Placed an order on March 12, 2017 (#107001787). Never heard a thing--never received a thing. Now, 46 days later, I'm asked to submit a review--on what? A lack of sending a product ordered?

Very poor quality. One of the pockets was not stitched properly and contained a hole in the corner and the snaps for the Pockets have torn out of the Fabric after only three wears.

I have never received the kilt or any correspondence to the inquiries about the Kilt or when it will be sent to us. I am very disappointed and need either the Kilt or refund.

I have not received any information about my shipment. Over $200 worth of purchase and no info on when it will be received. Very poor communication between parties and requests gone unanswered. Have opened a PayPal dispute to try and resolve. Hope any other customers have better luck

We ordered and paid for 3 hats only received 1. Called and spoke to a rep was told that they would ship out the 2 missing hats it has been 3 weeks and have not received them. Not happy at all

I received my long awaited kilt. Great material and workmanship but did not fit correctly even though the measurements taken for it were taken by a professional tailor. Will not be able to use the kilt. Tried to send it back and get a refund but did not get a response. If you get one that fits correctly it is a great piece.

I have a Reklamation, Play again for a New delivery and i hear nothing abbaut the new delivery and WAIT now for weeks. This is a very Bad Service.
