Fraud/Liers. I placed an order on April 7, 2023, was told order would ship in a week to ten day and six to eight weeks if tartan needed to be woven. By the way there factory is in Pakistan. Over twenty emails were sent and I was always to the tartan was in the weaving process. Finally the just stopped replying to my emails or returning my calls. Thankfully I paid though PayPal. The event the kilt was needed for is in three weeks and now six months later I am getting a refund and no kilt. They did emails to say my order had been cancelled. The Better Business is my next stop.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered the kilt with my family tartan (Douglas) in plenty of time for a very special Cèilidh. It never arrived and I reached back to Scottish Kilt and you were no help - telling me to reach out to my local USPS (your chosen shipper). Postal service searched diligently and reported that they had never gotten a shipment intended for me and when I reached back to Scottish Kilt, you never returned my email. You owe me $450.

Love to review, but they were never received. Can't review something that was paid for but never sent. Guess it takes over 2 months or longer to make these things.

They sent the wrong tartan, backed out on another purchase even though they said they could do a rush job, and now despite their 100% refund promise, I get an e-mail about a partial refund. To make it worse I challenged their tartan as a clan tartan and they replied they were US based. How does that even matter?

They sent the wrong tartan and I had a wedding coming. I ordered a second time with a rush request stating if they couldn't do it in time to cancel it. They took my money and days later said they can't do it. But no refund, no cancel, and no response to messages.

I received the wrong kilt and didn't receive the hose or the flashes I ordered. Horrible customer service I've emailed twice and have not received any response from the company.

The kilt is outrageously awesome. Great material and workmanship. Be very certain of what you submit when ordering. Mine was not what I thought I ordered. So unhappy, donated to to a lucky guy at my wife’s work.

I ordered 2 yards for $42 then when tried to change to 5 yards it was $130 more. When finally got a shipment , I recieved 2 yards and was told the $172 I paid was for 2 yards. I was then told that was for 2 yards. I feel very scammed. Many emails back and forth no resolution. Left phone messages also. From original order to receipt of 2 yards was 8 months. Fabric was nice, it is acrylic but has a nice feel.

This first experience with Scottish Kilt was very disappointing, as the skirt and scarfs I received were not the correct Fabric. The MacLellan Tartan is supposed to be blue, not purple. The square on the screen is one inch big, and the model is not shown with the selected fabric, so I could not tell it was not the correct MacLellan. I suggested this site to others to order the same thing, and they all received the wrong plaid fabric. If you google MacLellan Tartan, you will see what the color is supposed to be. I will never recommend again, and strongly discourage others from using the site.

They had my order all messed up, I ordered a full Prince charlie outfit, the scarf/sash was too short, the waistcoat was too small, and the buttons didn't match the jacket the waistcoat had gold buttons and the jacket had silver buttons, it was also too small ( I couldn't even button the waistcoat up )the belt they sent was a 34, the kilt was a 38 ??? I had to go to a wedding half-dressed because they had messed up the whole thing for me, thanks Scottish Kilt, I couldn't send anything back because it would have taken too long to right the wrongs, shitty service, and they don't pay attention to the measurements you give them, feels like the whole thing is just thrown together!!!!

Did not receive the items in time for Christmas, the estimated delivery date was 12/23 when ordered, the items were received after the first of the year. I wish to return the items

I do not recommend Scottish Kilt at all. Communication is poor, and responses often conflict. I was promised a full refund for the item I ordered, then offered a partial refund. I currently have a case pending with PayPal.
